SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

OVERVIEW

Maison Kaunas offers a subscription service that provides members with exclusive access to curated products, offers, and benefits. By enrolling in our subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this Subscription Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION PLAN & PRICING

Our subscription is offered at $49.99 per billing cycle. Billing occurs every 28 days from the date your free trial ends.

FREE TRIAL

New subscribers are eligible for a 2-week (14-day) free trial upon enrollment. You will not be charged during the free trial period.

After your free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method on file will be charged $49.99. Your billing cycle will then repeat every 28 days from that date.

You may cancel at any time during the free trial period without being charged. See the Cancellation section below for instructions.

BILLING CYCLE

After the 2-week free trial, your subscription renews automatically every 28 days. For example, if your trial ends on the 1st of the month, your next charge will occur on the 29th, and so on every 28 days thereafter.

You will be charged $49.99 at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method provided at signup. Charges will appear on your statement as Maison Kaunas.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Your subscription will automatically renew every 28 days until cancelled. By enrolling, you authorize Maison Kaunas to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without further authorization, until you cancel.

We will send you a reminder email before your free trial ends so you are aware of your upcoming first charge.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team through any of the following methods:

To ensure you are not charged for the next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after a billing date has passed will take effect at the end of the current paid period — you will retain access through the end of that cycle.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is stored securely and processed through Shopify Payments. Maison Kaunas does not store your full card details on our servers.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within a few days. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. We will notify you by email if there is an issue with your payment.

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION PRICING

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
